Once the ten turns have passed with all three settlements under your control, a quest marker for “The Frozen Falls” will appear. These settlements are Erengrad, Praag and Kislev itself. Once engaged in a Kislev campaign, you must take and hold three specific Kislev settlements for ten consecutive turns.
